The process flow of galvanized sheet is as follows:
1. 2. The steel strip heated to a certain temperature is immersed in zinc solution for hot galvanizing under certain conditions.
3. To control the size of the flower zinc, use the small liquid zinc method to control the diffusion of zinc in the product.
4. After hot-dip galvanizing and cooling, the surface is smoothed, and the surface is passivated or directly produced into color coated coil plate according to the use.
